I'm a fashion designer and artist.  As a child I envisioned a career in art and fashion.  I designed and sewed Barbie outfits inspired by the designs my childhood best friend and I saw in her mom's Vogue magazines.  I grew up on an island in the Pacific Northwest but I always dreamed of glamour and city life.  I was thrilled to be accepted to study at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC.  After graduating, I moved to LA, land of swimming pools, palm trees, beaches and fashion.  I designed swimwear for major Los Angeles manufacturers including OP (Ocean Pacific), Citrus and Gossip for over ten years.  I love seeing my art come to life in the form of textile and surface design patterns and finished apparel and accessory products.  My swimwear designs have been featured in multiple magazines and have been seen in Victoria's Secret and major department stores.  I was honored to receive the "Amazon's Choice" badge for multiple phone cases and phone grips featuring my art.  My Kawaii Kreeps mid century modern Christmas design was featured on Spoonflower's (fabric) social media pages.  My Teddy Bear Toile print was featured on Surface Design News (Instagram and newsletter).  I'm a published author of two coloring books under the Kawaii Kreeps brand.  You can find my swimwear prints on swimsuits by Ashlea Baker, Morali Swimwear, Cheeky Swim, Sunset Surf, Hey D'Jon and Sunny Hunny.  My Kawaii Kreeps art has been seen on products sold by Blackcraft Cult and MetalliMonsters (baby and children's apparel).
